Terms and Conditions Reading Club

Spots
A spot is confirmed only upon payment. Spots are not reserved based on verbal interest or registration without payment.

Group size
Each session has a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants.

• If the minimum is not reached before the payment deadline, the session will be postponed to the next round, and you will be notified as far in advance as possible.

• If the maximum is reached, any further registrations will be placed on a waiting list, and people will be contacted in order of registration if a spot becomes available.

Payment deadline
Payment must be made before the stipulated date to allow enough time to read the book before the session.

Materials
A reading guide and additional resources will be provided once payment has been made and your spot has been reserved.

Cancellations by the participant
If you cancel before the payment deadline, no charge applies. If you cancel after having paid, you have the following options:

• A refund of the amount minus administrative fees

• Keeping it as credit for the next club session

• Using it as a discount on a class package

No-shows
If you have reserved a spot and do not attend on the day of the session, the spot is forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.

Cancellation by Natalia
If a session is postponed because the minimum number of participants was not reached, any payment already made automatically remains as a confirmed spot for the new date, unless the participant prefers one of the options above.

Code of conduct
The club is a space of mutual respect. Natalia reserves the right of admission and may exclude any participant whose behavior is disrespectful toward her or the rest of the group, without a refund.
